When bicycling the Strip, this is the last thing you want to see.

It means either:

1. Carrying the bike up the stairs
2. Riding up the side street until you find a safe place to cross
3. Taking the elevator

Trust me, you do not want to take an outdoor elevator on the Strip, especially in the summer.

I don't know why, but people seem to be overcome by the need to pee in the elevators.
