Get ready for even higher prices. Oil doesn't go down until the recession turns global and even more food riots occur.
Oil can't go down as long as the law of supply and demand remains in effect. Demand will stay high as long as the US is afraid of nuclear power or solar power satelites. Both of these alternatives are cheaper than war.
