The Regency



I think I'd like to live in this building. It was built in the late '70's and it has a Rat Pack vibe to it. The apartments are huge and the view from the upper floors is stunning.

It's located in the Las Vegas Country Club neighborhood, gated with actual guards.

It was built and sold as condos, rentals are from private parties only, so there aren't that many vacancies.

We'll see...
