Welcome to Vegas

Well, what with all this economic indelicacy, it's nice to see the Tourist Center is still open.

Belated furstiness!

Yeah, tourism is down or so they say.

If you look carefully at the roof beem you will notice it is black and charred...as if it was on fire.
Now I have noticed in my 40 odd years of life that quite often buildings that are scheduled to be torn down catch fire before hand for some reason.
I dunno. I mean why would so many buildings catch on fire? I am sure the insurance companies hate that huh?
Oh wait a second. Hold the phone...
I am not saying anything here really except the main beem of that building was black and charred...as if it was on fire.
You do the math.

Oh, definitely. That place was burnt and caved in. I think a lot of fires in abandoned buildings are the fault of transients, though.

Every now and then when your life gets complicated and the weasels start closing in, the only cure is to load up on heinous chemicals and then drive like a bastard from Hollywood to Las Vegas ... with the music at top volume and at least a pint of ether.

Dedicated to the other side of Las Vegas, namely; the sprawling, mad, incoherent underpinnings of the world's favorite destination.

That, and the occasional ranting about nothing in particular.
